Anusara: A Conscious Organization

 

Anusara, Inc. is a yoga company whose mission is to serve people and the planet in ways that enhance happiness, love, and health. Its mission is also to expand the awareness of the interconnectedness of Supreme Consciousness and all life. In order to fulfill this grand mission we, the staff of Anusara, are dedicated to providing the highest quality yoga-related teachings, services, and products with mindful care, proficiency, and creative enthusiasm. The vision of our company is founded on the yogic philosophy of intrinsic goodness. Therefore, we endeavor to treat all people and life with great respect and to act and communicate in ways that are life-enhancing and life-affirming in order to promote healthy and joyful living.



Anusara is a multi-faceted company that offers yoga instruction and certification, publishing and media production and distribution, and much more. Anusara, Inc., our parent company, is comprised of three business entities:

•Anusara Yoga oversees all yoga programs, services, and teachings.
•Anusara Press, publishes printed media, including books, newsletters, magazines,
and other printed material.
•Anusara Media produces electronic media, including CDs, DVDs, and other digital media.

Anusara actively supports the protection of the Earth. Our headquarters office building is dedicated to supporting energy efficiency wherever possible and is working on utilizing solar power, installing a roof garden, as well as a cistern system for the recapture of rainwater. Anusara, Inc. recycles, utilizes full spectrum overhead lighting with motion sensor activation, purchases recycled, organic, and otherwise conscious products, and goes paperless whenever possible. Additionally, Anusara Press and Anusara Media use only eco-conscious supplies and support energy-efficient production methods.

In addition, Anusara strives to create products that are dedicated to the expansion of Light and beauty in the world, that are dedicated to the expansion of Shri, nature’s intrinsic beauty. We seek to align with the flow of nature by striving to offer consciously created products to the world. We craft products that are high-quality and long-lasting. We always endeavor for excellence in all that we produce with the intention of increasing the light of Consciousness globally.


Anusara is also dedicated to offering products that help contribute to a better life for the less fortunate and supports the awareness of interconnectedness of our world. We consciously choose to support organizations that help our worldwide community in various ways.
