4) whether we would use it ourselves as yogis.
Whether you are a first-time customer or have been with us since the beginning, it is our wish to serve you fully. It is our intention to always act in a fair and dharmic way. Also, feel free to give us feedback on our quality and service.
If for any reason you are not truly satisfied with our products, please feel free to return the item for a full refund or an exchange. We will always strive to ensure that your transaction is smooth and easy.

Instructions for Returning an Item
If there are any discrepancies with your order or you want to return an item, in order to ensure a smooth and easy transaction, please complete the following procedure:
Please contact our Workshop Boutique to return a product purchased from our workshop boutique.
You may return an item purchased online to either our headquarters or another workshop boutique.
To return an item to our headquarters, please call us at toll-free 1-888-398-9642 or 1-281-367-9763 (outside the U.S.), Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm (CT) or email to our Orders Department to be given a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning the item, which will ensure that you will not have to pay return shipping.
If you are asking for a refund, once we receive your returned item, we will credit your card or send a check back to you (depending on your original payment method). Exchange items will be shipped out to you immediately.
We encourage you to return your items using a traceable method such as UPS, Fed Ex, or US Mail with tracking to help ensure the package has arrived to us. Anusara will not be responsible for packages lost in transit to our facility and will only assume responsibility once it is signed for by our Receiving Department.
