Wendy Willtrout

Operations

Wendy began working for John Friend in November of 1998. She was the first full-time, permanent employee for Anusara and soon became well-versed in most aspects of the company. Having worked in almost every department, she now helps John manage the operations of Anusara’s Productions, Teachers’ Support, Workshop Registration, Tour, Merchandising, IT, Accounting, and general administration, helping to ensure that all is running smoothly. She also assists John in the Human Resources aspect of the company. Over the years, Wendy has become dedicated to supporting John and the vision of Anusara yoga in any way she can. She delights in being a creative force in the integral structure that is the beauty of Anusara yoga.

Wendy was born in South Korea and adopted to an American family as an infant. Outside of the office, she loves to spend time with her devoted husband and beautiful daughter. She is passionate about being a wife and mother, and enjoys practicing yoga, the natural healing arts, listening to music, watching movies, reading, dancing, traveling, and being outdoors.
