Anusara-Inspired™ Yoga Teacher Directory
In the spirit of community-building, we have created a category of teachers that are designated as Anusara-Inspired yoga teachers. They are given legal license to promote themselves as "Anusara-Inspired" by committing to regular study and practice of Anusara yoga and by aligning with our Anusara yoga ethical guidelines. Anusara-Inspired yoga teachers have studied Anusara yoga for at least two years, have at least two years of teaching experience, and 200 hours of Anusara yoga studies, including at least 100 hours of Anusara yoga Immersion studies.
It is important to remember that the Anusara-Inspired instructor is still in-training and has yet to move through the Certification process -- an important educational process, in itself. Due to the training required by Anusara to become Anusara-Inspired, you may expect a quality yoga class inspired by Anusara principles and ethics. If you have any trouble finding a certified Anusara Yoga teacher in your area, then please search the list of our Anusara-Inspired yoga teachers.
