Professional Background  
B.S Biology SDSU, Master's work in biology SFSU.
Research assistant in Cal Pacific Medical Center's Complementary Medicine Dept. in San Francisco. However, the school of life has proved to be her most direct path to self-discovery and opening of her heart.



Yoga Background  
Owner of Yoga Mountain Studio in Marin County, California and yoga teacher with 12 years experience. She is an certified Anusara-Inspired teacher specializing in yoga therapeutics. Recently published in Yoga Jounral November 2011 isse: Office Yoga along with a Yoga Journal video for Desk Yogis. She a total of 3 times and in Gary Kraftsow's best-selling DVD Yoga for the Low Back. Prior to Anusara she studied extensively with Gary Kraftsow and assisted him at several yoga conferences. Other prominent teachers she has studied directly with include TKV Desikachar, Georg Feurenstein, Mirka Kraftsow and Maritza. She feels great JOY practicing Yoga and her passion radiates from every cell when she practices. And, the times that she forgets who she is and feels less than radiant, she goes to her mat to remember. She loves to create meaningful yoga practices for herself and others that come from her personal life experience and weaves in her connection to the Divine.
