I am a Mother of a beautiful baby girl, I choreograph and dance as a freelance artist and I live in my yoga practice.



Yoga Background  
I am the director/owner of an Anusara Yoga Studio in Upper Montclair, NJ.I have been blessed and honored to study with John Friend, Desiree Rumbaugh,Prof. Douglas Brooks,Hillary Cohen -Freeman, Naime Jezzeny & Vishali Varga. I am working towards certification and am truly inspired everyday by Anusara Yoga!

Q: What other hobbies do you have aside from yoga practice?
A: I am a professional Modern dancer & my secret passion is cooking.

Q: What is the title of a book that you have read recently that you could strongly recommend?
A: The Geography of Bliss is fantastic by Eric Weiner

A: Chocolat

Q: What is one place that you would like to visit in the world? Why?
A: Of course, India, but I know this day will come. I would say Bhutan... it fascinates me & calls my attention often.

A: Most likely to say hello to a stranger :)

Q: What is one of the funniest incidents that occurred in one of your yoga classes?
A: This has happened many times.... when a student gets into handstand and shreaks in delight! I can't help but laugh. It is as though they found themselves at 10 years old.
