I have over 900 hours of training, including advanced therapeutics, with John, Betsey Downing, Jaye Martin, BJ Galvan, Desiree Rumbaugh, Sianna Sherman and Douglas. I LOVE this Yoga! :)

Q: What other hobbies do you have aside from yoga practice?
A: I'm a birth-junkie!

Q: What is one of your all-time favorite movies?
A: Avatar

Q: What is one place that you would like to visit in the world? Why?
A: I don't really have a place in particular I want to visit as my travels have made me realize there are soooo many amazing places on the planet to see and appreciate. That being said I would love to explore more of the natural beauty of the US. I see so much beauty in the different places I have been but also right where I live in Miami. There is ocean and Everglades and countless journeys with my children as well as my own heart that is filled with so many adventures and discoveries of my inner world. I visit places I never knew were so beauty-filled on a daily basis...it is endless!

Q: What's your favorite color?
A: daytime open sky blue

Q: What is one of the funniest incidents that occurred in one of your yoga classes?
A: I took a quiet, elegant and strong woman up into hand-stand for the first time ever and upon inverting she yelled out 'oh shit!' She stayed up for a few seconds and came down with a big grin from ear to ear and a room full of people laughing.
