Early career: dental hygiene. Second: wife and mother of two boys (now grown). Owned a photo lab in Sedona, Arizona for seven years. Blessed with the sale of that business which freed me to discover my true dharma - sharing the shri of yoga!

Began practicing Anusara Yoga the summer of my mid-century birthday! Teaching now four years and loving it...
