Monday 10:45am - 12:15pm The students who come and practice in this class are very consistent. You can feel the connection of community when you enter into the room! As a result we can go deeper into the practice and into poses. Level 2-3.
Thursday 12:15pm - 2:15pm Level 3-4. An advanced class that I lead rather than teach, practice-style. Frequently attended by teachers and advanced students, this class allows us to delve deeper into the philosophy. This is the most advanced class I teach and one with the most soul and deep spirituality.

Q: What other hobbies do you have aside from yoga practice?
A: Rock climbing is the main one, It is so empowering and you go to the most gorgeous places. I also love arts and crafts, I love to paint, draw, knit, make bookmarks, anything to express myself... And I also love listening to good music.

Q: What is one place that you would like to visit in the world? Why?
A: The list is too long; I want to go to soooo many places. Top of the list are Japan, Greece, Peru, Scotland. I'd go back to Iceland or France in a heartbeat, too!

Q: What's your favorite color?
A: Purple. But really I love all the jewel tones.

Q: What award in high school should you have won?
A: Friends in the most categories: jocks, stoners, nerds, artists, gays, latino gang members, I had friends in all of those groups.
