Professional Background  
I have been practicing yoga since 1975. I began teaching in 1993. I have studied Hatha yoga, Iyengar Yoga and Power yoga. I discovered Anusara in 2003 and became an Inspired teacher in 2006. I have studied extensively with John Friend, Desiree Rumbaugh, Noah Maize, Ross Rayburn, and Sianna Sherman.
