Questions and Answers   

Q: What other hobbies do you have aside from yoga practice?
A: I am both a whitewater kayaker and a kayak instructor. When I'm not on the mat, or on the river, then I'm either cooking or knitting! Oh, and in my spare time I train for triathalons.

Q: What is the title of a book that you have read recently that you could strongly recommend?
A: Aside from the usual yoga books, I've gotten back into reading all of Jane Austen again...and I'm decidely loving "Persausion".

Q: What is one of your all-time favorite movies?
A: "Night of the Living Dead"...I'm a huge Romero fan and love zombies!

Q: What is one place that you would like to visit in the world? Why?
A: I've been to so many places, and if I had my chance, I'd go back to Uganda. The people are amazing, and it's such a wonderful place to go to and volunteer in. Plus, the Nile River is just insane with some crazy whitewater!

Q: What's your favorite color?
A: I have shade differentiation problems and can't tell the difference between several colors, so .'ll have to guess that my favorite color(s) are blue/purple!

Q: What award in high school should you have won?
A: Most outgoing. Or worst car.

Q: What is one of the funniest incidents that occurred in one of your yoga classes?
A: I'm still thinking...
