Q: What other hobbies do you have aside from yoga practice?
A: I love being outdoors:gardening, skiing, mountain biking,sailing ,hiking or how about just lying in the grass... Photography and kirtan are other creative outlets.

Q: What is one place that you would like to visit in the world? Why?
A: India: for the mystery,history and elephants.

Q: What's your favorite color?
A: Lavender.

Q: What award in high school should you have won?
A: Most likely to move West...(I grew up in New England)

Q: What is one of the funniest incidents that occurred in one of your yoga classes?
A: I teach Kids Yoga in the public elementary school where I work. If my little yogis wind up in the Principal's Office they often ask for me to come do yoga with them if they are crying or afraid...we now keep a mat in the office for calming purposes! The next step is to include the Principal!
