Yoga Background  
Abundant gratitude to all of my teachers & mentors. My experience as a teacher began over 20 years ago in the fitness industry and through this medium, I was introduced to Iyengar yoga, drawn to Ana Forrest's healing light and swept away by the magical beauty, wisdom & love of John Friend & the Anusara style!

A: Romantic walks with my husband of 30 years, creating beauty in our gardens, dancing everywhere, and delighting in the blessing of our children, their mates, our extended families & our amazing grandchildren!
