Questions and Answers

Q: What other hobbies do you have aside from yoga practice?
A: I am a professionally trained chef so I love to cook for friends and family. I am thankful to say that my 2 young daughters have a very diverse palate. My 4-year-old frequently will eat cornichons, olives and "stinky" cheese for breakfast. I also grew up at the beach in San Diego, so am addicted to being in the water, swimming and surfing. Any chance to be outside, and I am happy!

Q: What is the title of a book that you have read recently that you could strongly recommend?
A: The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini

Q: What is one of your all-time favorite movies?
A: Scent of a Woman

Q: What is one place that you would like to visit in the world? Why?
A: Mt. Everest, because that mountain has got to be sacred, and I want to feel connected to her and to all the amazing people who have climbed her. Plus, I hear the view`s not bad. I would like to visit Transylania again. It's so medieval. The list is long!

Q: What's your favorite color?
A: It changes daily!

Q: What award in high school should you have won?
A: The least likely to fall in love with handstand

Q: What is one of the funniest incidents that occurred in one of your yoga classes?
A: Instead of move your heart forward, I said move your fart forward.
