Q: What is one place that you would like to visit in the world? Why?
A: My favorite place to visit is the bottom of the Grand Canyon. I love rocks!! I love the sun on rocks. I love water & rain on rocks. I love to lay on warm rocks. I even love the smell & taste of rocks, really! The variety of rocks in the canyon are fascinating; crumbling to solid; new to ancient; all shapes, textures and sizes. I'm ready to go there anytime and experience an unforgettable adventure.

Q: What award in high school should you have won?
A: The cool, hip, artist award. Specializing in rule breaking.
Q: What is one of the funniest incidents that occurred in one of your yoga classes?
A: It is very dark during the new moon on the barrier islands of South Carolina. One night I switched off the lights for savasana. I sat down to allow my eyes to adjust to the darkness. The darkness was so complete. I decided to slowly & secretly feel my way to a small table lamp while the students basked in divine energy. Suddenly I stumbled upon a stack of yoga blocks and fell upon the bolsters. My secret mission was foiled. The students & I began to laugh as I continued to feel my way to the light.
