John Friend's 2010 Melt Your Heart, Blow Your Mind world tour will embody Anusara yoga's first principle of opening to Grace - the revelatory power of the Shakti. The tour will be the most energetically transformative tour ever with an emphasis of accessing the deepest essence of the Anusara method through its most fundamental principle. At the same time, John will be using new hi-tech audio/visual capabilities in 2010 to enhance his teachings, including webcasting many events so students worldwide will be able to join John and the Merry Band in the Shakti-rocking teachings and practices.

The Melt Your Heart, Blow Your Mind Tour begins on a love-filled Valentine's weekend in San Francisco featuring live music. The 2010 Tour will also include the annual Advanced Intensive at a new, spectacular venue in Los Angeles, and magical return visits to Park City, UT, Santa Fe, NM and Bryn Athyn, PA. Another event not to be missed is our 2nd Grand Gathering in Estes Park, Colorado featuring top Anusara Yoga teachers and several Tantric scholars including Douglas Brooks, Carlos Pomeda, Sally Kempton, Chris Tompkins, and Chris Wallis.

The 2010 Tour also includes special international events in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Ireland, England, France, Germany, Italy, and Denmark for the Summer Solstice!
