3-day Intensive on the Bhagavad Gita featuring Ram Dass

This unique 3-day Anusara Yoga Intensive with John Friend will feature a scriptural study of the Bhagavad Gita. This classic text has inspired poets, writers, and yogis throughout history unlike any other. For each of the three days, we will contemplate, discuss, and incorporate the profound teachings of this text into intermediate/advanced asana practices.

For 2 afternoons of the Intensive, we also warmly welcome Ram Dass to offer his heartfelt and contemplative meditations and thoughts on the Gita.

Each student is required to bring their favorite translation of the Bhagavad Gita.
